Bush Taps Leavitt for HHS

President George W. Bush chose U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Michael Leavitt on Monday to take charge of the Department of Health and Human Services. The White House did not name a successor for Leavitt, whose brief tenure at the helm of the EPA did little to please environmentalists dismayed with the environmental record of the Bush administration.
