Conflicts arise when individuals or groups each seeking to maximize the strength of their own positions, encounter others with similar or dissimilar interests and interfere with their objectives. If a resolution is not found and implemented, simple conflicts can escalate into physical fights between individuals or full-scale warfare between nations.

This area of our website is dedicated to the presentation of information and tools which can be used in the resolution of conflicts through peaceful diplomacy or martial methods. Events in which leaders of various entities address and resolve conflicts through the use of methods are accumulated into case studies.
